CNET Reviews iPod Classic 160GB

ipodclassic.jpgCNET recently reviewed the new iPod classic 160GB PMP along with every other new iPod device. The iPod classic comes with either q 160 GB HDD or an 80 GB HDD.

The device look similar to the gen 5 iPod video, but it slimmer and has more of a last generation iPod Nano look to it. CNET rated the iPod Classic 8 out of 10 for an excellent rating.

Good points were slimmer design, tougher, better graphics user interface. Bad points were the proprietary video out adapter, no improvement in audio quality, and requiring the latest version of iTunes. The bottom line was that few PMP devices could match the iPod Classic.
