SAFA Launches DIA PMP in Korea

safapmp.jpgSAFA is set to launch a new PMP device in the Korean marketplace. The player is called the DIA and has a diamond shaped touchpad, hence the DIA name. The device has a 2.4” LCS screen with 260k colors.

It plays videos and can display eBooks as well as playing four games that are included. Storage space can be expanded via its miniSD slot.

Voice recording is a feature and a FM tuner is built-in as well. One rather odd feature is repetition mode where it says words over and over for you to presumably learn the language. The player will be available in Korea at 139,000 KRW for a 2GB version and 199,000 KRW for a 4GB version.
