Maxfield Movie 1GB Video Player
German Maxfield offers the Max-Movie 1GB Flash video player.
The Maxfield Movie supports MP3, WMA, OGG, JPG, AVI and MP4 media formats. The OLED screen has 260,000 colors. Features of the Maxfield movie include FM-Tuner, USB 2.0, SRS, WOW, photo viewer, alarm, timer based recording, sleep function and 15 hour battery life. The video player measures 69 x 33 x 16 mm and weighs 35g.
The Maxfield Movie starts selling in June for 199 EUR.

Trekstor i.Beat Vision Video Flash Memory Player
German TrekStor offers the i.Beat vision mp3 and video player.
The i.Beat vision features a 1.3 inch color screen with 262,000 colors and 160x120 pixels. The video and music player comes in 256MB, 512MB, 1GB and 2GB configurations. Features include MP3, WMA and OGG music format support, USB Host (OTG), FM-Tuner and photo viewer.

Korean MP3 player maker Sorell offers the mini-PMP SF3500.
The Sorell SF3500 measures 32x66x15.7mm and weighs only 33g. The flash video player features a 128x80 pixel and 65,000 colors OLED display. Features include MP4 video playback, USB 2.0, MP3, WMA and OGG music format support, 3D Sound and Text viewer.

Samsung YEPP YP-T8 Flash King
The Samsung YP-T8 first appeared in March.
Samsung has now a huge product section on their Yepp site in Korea dedicated to the YP-T8. Samsung calls the YP-T8 the King of The Flash.
The Samsung YP-T8 comes in 256MB, 512MB, 1GB and 2GB configuration. The flash player measures 43.5x83x15.5mm and 55g. Features include a 1.8 inch color screen, screen can be flipped, USB Host function, MP4 video playback, 20 hour battery life and USB 2.0. The T8 comes in four colors.
No information available on when this quite nice portable video player will be available outside of Korea.

INFANTE Portable Video Player
The INFANTE KY-350 MP4 player is apparently on the market in China. It is a flash memory player similar to the DIFFE player.
The INFANTE KY-350 features a 3.5 inch screen with 480x234px, SD-Card slot, AV out, built-in speakers and screen cover.
The AV out is rather unique for a flash memory PVP.

Digital Cube PuMP iStation i2 PMP surfaced
The 2nd generation of the PuMP iStation seems to be coming soon.
iStationHQ has some preliminary information about the follow-up PMP to the iStation PMP-1000. The i2 is supposed to feature GPS, USB OTG, 5.1 surround sound output and 20 and 30GB HDD configurations.
The new iStation is supposed to come out on May 23rd in Korea.

PQI mTrix Portable Video Player
Taiwanese PQI (Power Quotient International) offers with the mTrix a small portable music and video player with a 2" TFT screen.
The screen (640x240px resolution) folds-up like on a Nintendo Gameboy Advance SP.
The mTrix measures 68.4 x 68 x 25.7mm. The player supports MMC and SD-Cards. Play-time is rather low with 2 hours for video, 3 hours for audio. There is no information on the availability of the mTrix.

PQI mPack 600 Flip-Up Screen PMP
Taiwanese PQI (Power Quotient International) offers the mPack 600 a portable media player that features a 4 inch screen that folds-up similar to most portable DVD players.
We reported last year about the PQI mPack 800 that sports a "traditional" portable video player design.
The mPack 600 can come in 20 or 30GB hard-drive configurations. The portable player supports USB OTG, SPDIF out and irDA for a remote control.
It measures 120 x 94.5 x 27 mm. Battery life is 6 hours. The portable video player supports MP4, WMA and DivX videos. No information on who is distributing this PMP and for how much.
