MobiNote DVX-POD 7010 Portable Video Player

MobiNote Technology Corp. has formally announced the world's first 7-inch portable video player, the DVX-POD 7010 at Computex 2004. We reported about DesignTechnica's first look at the MobiNote in June.
The estimated retail price of the DVX-POD 7010 will be between US$599 and US$699, and the delivery volume is expected to reach 200,000 sets by June 2005.
The DVX-POD 7010 can support D1-level quality (720x480), which corresponds to DVD films. In addition, the DVX-POD 7010 combines the functions of an MP3 Player, a digital recorder and a personal digital photo album, and can also serve as a personal hard drive with a capacity equivalent to 80 256MB Flash USB Pen Drives.
