JoyCoder PV-330 Portable Video Player
UK's The Register calls the JoyCoder PV-330 'video iPod' in a story today. The JoyCoder has not the potential to be the 'Video iPod'.The JoyCoder PV330 can record directly from audio and video sources like the Archos MP4 Players.
The PV-330, distributed by Hong Kong based DragonWorld, uses the Real One Player onboard to playback video. The video player comes with 20GB, 30GB or 40GB hard-drive. It can also be used as storage device, photo viewer and mp3 player. The screen has 320x240 pixels and measures 3.5". The Video Gadget measures 130(w) x 84(h) x 33(t) mm and weighs 350g.
Pheriphial Corner in the UK sells the 20GB PV-330 for 325 pounds (~600USD).
