New Archos av400 Series Personal Video Player

Archos has released their new AV400 series with the introduction of the AV420 (20GB) as a worldwide exclusive on QVC UK.

The Archos av400 features improved design, navigation, recording facilities, has inbuilt CF slot, cradle for connectivity and costs £405.24. Based on the QVC UK product page the Archos av400 measures 127mm by 82m by 21mm. The Archos av380 series only measures 112 x 82 x 31 mm. Somehow strange to go bigger.
More details and photos on QVC UK. Why Archos releases this version on the QVC Shopping Network is a bit weird to me. Archos showed the Archos av500 at the CeBit 2004. So the av400 is somehow maybe an interim version.
