The new, horribly named, CVASQ-C811 PMP has built in emulator support for nearly all portable game devices. The PMP can emulate NES, Game Boy, Game Boy Color, and the SEGA Mega Drive. The largish bit you see on the bottom is a controller portion that doubles as the docking station that you need for gaming. SanDisk Cuts Sansa Connect Price by $100
Category: Flash Video Players
SanDisk has updated pricing on its WiFi connected Sansa Connect PMP. The price has dropped from the previous $250 to $149.99. That’s a full $100 discount, which should be plenty to woo shoppers considering buying a Zune or iPod to check out SanDisk's wares.I have a Sansa connect and it is way better than the Zune in my opinion. The Sansa connect specs remain the same with a 2.2” TFT LCD, WiFi connectivity, internet radio streaming capability, 4GB of flash storage, and more.

The iRiver NV GPS PMP is one of the best looking gadgets I have seen in a long time, though it does remind me a bit of the Prada phone which I didn’t like in person. The gadget integrates DMB TV, PMP functions and GPS into one smaller and attractive device. The front is void of controls save for the scroll wheel giving the NV a very Apple look.

CNET put up a review this week of a PMP from Venzero called the Slicker. If the iTouch looks familiar to you, you’re not alone. This is one of the most blatant rip off of the iPhone I have seen. I guess the Italian maker of the iTouch are counting on the fact that their device doesn’t offer phone capabilities will keep them from getting sued.
